Terms And Conditions

SHWE MANDALAR EXPRESS couriers must comply with the following points:

(1) If the delivery is not made due to the absence of a recipient at the intended address, relocation, incomplete address, or incorrect address, the excess postage and insurance fee will not be refunded.

(2) Registered mail and items will not be refunded.

(3) Letters with different names, different positions, and different tender numbers will not be allowed to be placed in the same envelope.

(4) For the letters and items sent, the service fee will be charged based on the number of items and items registered as SENDER PAY. If RECEIVER PAY is RETURN, the sender will pay the original service fee.

(5) SHWE MANDALAR EXPRESS is not responsible for damage to broken or damaged items, items prohibited for delivery, and parcels that are not adequately packaged.

(6) If you send flammable or corrosive items, you must notify us in advance at the time of delivery.

(7) The sender is fully responsible for all matters that may arise regarding the items sent.

(8) SHWE MANDALAR EXPRESS shall allow the items to be opened for security purposes if necessary.

(9) The maximum compensation for damage or loss of packages and packages is the amount specified in the Voucher Slip.(
10) If the original value of the parcels and packages is less than two hundred thousand kyats, the original value will be reimbursed. When requesting compensation, the original receipt of the registered parcel/items can be presented.
(11) Compensation for parcels and packages can be requested within a specified period (1) month with the original receipt. If the specified period (1) month is exceeded, the compensation will not be refunded.
(12) SHWE MANDALAR EXPRESS will not be responsible for delays and damages caused by FORCE MAJEURE (unforeseeable natural disasters, war, riots and restrictions imposed by local authorities and other uncontrollable effects).
